Westman Atelier HydroBalm Sheer Tinted Lipstick With Peptides And Hyaluronic Acid combines buildable color and a subtle, juicy sheen with the cushion-soft comfort of a balm. The glide-on formula delivers a fresh wash of pigment and a refreshing, cooling sensation.

Moisture-locking HydroBalm Technology combines hyaluronic acid and peptides to help hydrate and visibly plump lips. Seaweed extract and ceramides help smooth and improve the appearance of firmness, while kokum and seed butters help soothe and retain moisture.

In a consumer study of 30 participants, 100% said lips felt hydrated and smoother immediately after use. After four weeks, 97% said lips looked and felt smoother, and 93% said lips felt moisturized.
