Standard GCC Delivery Fee: AED 50
Free Shipping: Available on orders above AED 399 across all GCC countries
4. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the order may be returned or canceled.
5. Customs & Duties
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional clearance fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the customer upon delivery, if applicable.
Pre-Order Policy & Guidelines
Shipping & Delivery
Standard Timeline: Pre-orders typically ship within 10 business days.
Perfumes & Sprays: Fragrance items and sprays are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG) and may require a little extra time for specialized handling and shipping.
Processing: To ensure the highest level of service and accuracy, we are unable to process rushed or expedited orders.
Payment & Order Confirmation
Full Pre-Payment: Full payment is required at checkout to secure and confirm your pre-order item(s).
Combined Shipments
Single Delivery: If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order products, the entire order will ship together once your pre-order item is ready.
Tip: If you would like your in-stock items delivered sooner, please place two separate orders.
Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Final Sale: Once placed, pre-orders are final and cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.
Fulfillment Guarantee: In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method (processing takes 7–14 business days).
Updates & Delays: If any unexpected delay occurs, our team will notify you immediately via email with an updated timeline.
