How To Use

Apply directly to lips in smooth gliding swipes to build color and coverage. For extra precision, use the Detailed Lip Brush.

Step 1: Gently exfoliate lips and apply a small amount of Posh Balm in Glacé. Allow it to absorb, then blot away any excess.

Step 2: Outline the upper and lower lips with Lip Definer.

Step 3: Apply Rouge Victoria directly from the bullet, building color and coverage as desired. Use the Detailed Lip Brush for added precision.

Step 4: Gently blot with a tissue for the desired finish, or blot between layers for more resilient wear.
